Shipping Policy Standard FedEx Ground (5-7 business days) shipping is offered for a low flat rate for orders shipping within the contiguous US.  FedEx 2-3 day express delivery and delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada can be chosen for an additional cost. Please chose appropriate shipping option during your purchase steps. If you require International shipping to a country other than Canada, please contact us to process your order. Please note if ordering internationally, you may be charged duties and taxes upon delivery of your order. Duties and taxes are determined by the country in which the merchandise is being shipped. Slackersline.com has no control or prior knowledge of these fees. Please contact your customs office for further inquiries.
Returns & Refunds All returns must be in new condition, received within 30 days of purchase date, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Please contact us by phone or email for return and refund instructions.
Warranty Slackers products come with a 1-year workmanship warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your product and its workmanship.
